Senior Internal Auditor at FINCA Key Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive internal audits in accordance with the audit plan.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
- Preparing detailed audit reports for review by the Internal Audit Manager.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective implementation of audit recommendations.
- Staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact internal audit practices.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or equivalent.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
